I have got cataract surgery done to my left eye in this hospital on 31.10.2025. I have recovered from the surgery. Hospital is maintained very neat and tidy. Very experienced and professional doctors. Very well mannered doctors and giving a patient hearing to the patients to narrate their purpose in vising the hospital. The staff are very polite, supporting and treating the patients and their attendants good. The equipment at the hospital seems to be fully advanced. All kinds of facilities, viz., lab, optical shop and pharmacy are available. Many insurance schemes are accepted at this hospital. This is one of the empaneled hospitals by the Government of Andhra Pradesh. The hospital deserves five star rating except for the following point:-
The only point that I have observed is that the price printed on the medicines is fully charged in the pharmacy. Whereas 10 to 15 % discount is given on the medicines in many medical shops in Kakinada City including Trust Hospital, which is a Corporate like hospital. So I request the management of this hospital to look into this aspect. As such I would like to give a rating of 4.8.
I would like to give a suggestion to the management of this hospital. They are requested to get two "speed breakers" arranged on the East facing road on South and North sides of the hospital in consultation with relevant government authorities in Kakinada, because the vehicles are very fastly passing on this road, thereby causing great inconvenience to the patients and attendants, especially women and old aged persons when they come out of the hospital.

Unlike other doctors, Sukumaran garu don’t push you for surgery until unless its the last option. Morethan his medication his words are helping to be on positive side.
